As a leading UK manufacturer of stainless steel heat exchanger coils for hot water cylinders, we have designed and built our own highly effective machinery to deliver supply soltions.

CSI has the capability to manufacture double helix heat exchanger coils for domestic hot water storage cylinder. The method enables large surface areas to be create a compact coil for location in the base of cylinder, leading to a more efficient use of energy.  An additional advantage of double helix heat exchanger coils is their suitability for use with renewable energy sources, such as Solar and Heat Pump systems.  

Drawing from our experience of supplying coils and pipes to OEMs, we have a solution to cover most applications, where we will try to offer a manufacturing service to create heat exchanger coils to meet a customer’s specification. We are set up as a volume producer (minimum 1,000 per year) to cover the tooling investment required.
